What is Baclosan (Lioresal)?
BACLOFEN helps relieve spasms and cramping of muscles. It may be used to treat symptoms of multiple sclerosis or spinal cord injury.
What should I tell my health care provider before I take Baclosan (Lioresal)?
They need to know if you have any of these conditions:
- kidney disease
- an unusual or allergic reaction to baclofen, other medicines, foods, dyes, or preservatives
- pregnant or trying to get pregnant
How should I use Baclosan (Lioresal)?
Take Baclosan (Lioresal) by mouth. Swallow it with a drink of water. Do not take more medicine than you are told to take.
Talk to your pediatrician regarding the use of Baclosan (Lioresal) in children. Special care may be needed.
Overdosage: If you think you have taken too much of Baclosan (Lioresal) contact a poison control center or emergency room at once.

What if I miss a dose?
